Gracie Barra has over 600 locations around the world due in large part to designing their sessions to be suitable to everyone from men, women and children from all ages above 3 years. We have childrens 'bully-proof' classes designed around self defence and confidence, beginners sessions to teach the basics of Jiu Jutsu and self dfence and also advanced sessions for those who want to train to take part in competitions.
3. A Curriculum Developed By Multiple-Time World Champions
The Gracie BJJ curiculum is developed in 16 week blocks and constantly redesigned and updated by a team of multiple time world champions at GB Headquarters in the US then passed down to the schools through its highly qualified team of certified instructors.

Apart from the positive atmosphere and comraderie among members at training, we also have regular get togethers on weekends such as catchups, charity and social events along with getting involved together with community activities.
